Contracted Partners
CCS McLays chooses its contracted partners very carefully, with each one having to meet our stringent criteria, and pass our in-depth audit before being chosen. We regularly monitor and audit our contracted partners for quality, safety and service. Our reputation as a high quality provider rests with our contracted partners, and stringent checks are implemented to ensure the reputation of CCS McLays remains in tact.
Each contracted partner undergoes a pre-supplier assessment which includes a physical audit of their premises and procedures, and the criteria for the full audit covers the following areas:
- Premises control and maintenance
- Personnel controls
- Raw materials control
- Process controls
- Finished goods control
- Health and safety.
Each contracted partner works within the constraints of a strict SLA as dictated by ourselves and each is assessed annually (or more frequently if required). If a contracted partner company changes ownership or site address, a new assessment is required.
Each individual client’s contract with us is mirrored with those of our contracted suppliers that we would use, and this ensures that each client’s products which are outsourced through these contracted partners will exceed the standards required.
