Document Continuity and Capture Limited (D.C.C.)

“What happens to your business if you cannot communicate with your customers?”

Ensuring continuity of production in the event of your primary print and mail supplier, or in-house operation experiencing difficulties such as machine breakdown, power interruption or catastrophic site disaster, is now a must for business corporations and plc companies that rely on personalised business to business and business to consumer documents reaching their destination within critical and time sensitive periods.

Document Continuity and Capture Ltd (D.C.C.) was established in 2004 in response to client demands that a credible and immediate contingency solution be available to ensure continuity of print supply and mail delivery. The facility is a cold start site available for immediate invocation in the event of any production interruption at the primary supplier or client site.

DCC systems, operational processes and procedures, are designed to mirror a client’s daily production requirements for laser print and mail. In addition, dedicated storage areas are available to ensure pre-printed stocks are immediately available upon invocation.

A range of laser print engines, automated enclosing lines and hand-picking stations are supported by secure file transfer systems for receipt of data files.

A clear contingency plan is developed with each contracted client and tested at agreed times to ensure system robustness and invocation readiness.

DCC is located in a secure and dedicated unit in Cardiff and is kept in a state of readiness at all times.
