We’re pleased to share that two members of our team, Kirstie Matthew (Procurement) and Callum Bradshaw (Packaging Procurement Administrator) recently had confirmation that they successfully passed the first 2 of their 8 exams as part of the CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) Level 4 Diploma.

Both Kirstie and Callum are currently being supported by CCS McLays to accommodate for their professional developmental studying alongside their full-time roles within the company.

Callum recently commented on his reasons as to why he opted to introduce industry recognised professional development alongside his role at CCS McLays, “for me, the motives behind studying the Diploma were to gain a better understanding of how the industry works and to hopefully enable enhancements to my overall skillset and knowledge – thus, with the aim to invest those things back into my day-to-day work.”

With a quick turnaround in preparation for exams 3 & 4 in February 2023, both Kirstie and Callum intend to be well-positioned to graduate by November 2023. The intense 12-month program will most likely continue to prove a challenge in tandem with full-time work, however, the intention is that both Kirstie and Callum will find the experience rewarding and a good investment of their overall time and effort.
