In the interests of sharing our developments as a global provider, we are pleased to confirm that we are now operating with direct-to-store delivery solutions from distribution centres across multiple continents including EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

EMEA (Europe, The Middle East & Africa):

To complement two of our long-standing warehouse facilities in Blackwood, South Wales, we have been operating from a third site in Crosskeys, South Wales for the last 2 years. This additional warehouse brings our combined capacity up to 200,000 sq ft within South Wales.

Domestically within the UK, our clients can still also benefit from our ability to stockhold products from 3PL providers in both Maidenhead and Belfast. Maidenhead, Berkshire primarily enabling agile delivery solutions for those clients who have locations throughout central London and Belfast, County Antrim supporting deliveries throughout both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Partly influenced by problematic cross-border trading between the UK and EU due to Brexit, we decided to open a new entity in Bremen, Germany and increase our warehousing space in Mainaschaff, Germany, adding an additional 6,500 pallet spaces to our overall warehousing capacity in central Europe.

Outside of Europe, we are operating from a warehouse facility in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Some of our clients are now subject to a delivery to store solution that we offer throughout the Middle East, where orders to the likes of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Dubai are able to arrive within 72 hours of clients ordering.

The Americas:

Clients such as Superdry and Dr Martens are now enjoying a direct-to-store delivery solution from our partners’ warehouse facility in Byhalia, Mississippi to all stores throughout the United States. These clients currently order via our online ordering platform and receive goods within 3-4 days – regardless of where they happen to be in the United States.

Additionally, such has been the success of our investment in an automated paper bag manufacturing solution within the UK, we have also invested in more machinery alongside IG Design Group from the facility in Byhalia, Mississippi, which is currently scheduled for a Spring 2024 launch.

Further, we have also been operating from a 3PL provider in London, Ontario to fulfil direct-to-store deliveries throughout Canada for the likes of FatFace.

Asia Pacific:

Given our ever growing sourcing team based in China, which is expertly headed up by Harry Lee, we have moved to new offices in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen to accommodate for the overall growth and development within the APAC region.

As well as the office move, Harry’s team were instrumental in securing a warehouse solution for us from the Longgang District of Guangdong that is enabling a direct-to-store delivery solution to all countries within the APAC region for the likes of Abercrombie & Fitch.
